1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Aqua you accept these terms and the Apple Standard End User License Agreement. If the two differ, these terms prevail to the extent the law allows.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Aqua on Apple devices that you own or control, subject to the App Store usage rules. You may not copy, modify, decompile or redistribute the app.
3. Health notice
Aqua is a tool for building the habit of staying hydrated. It is not a medical device and does not offer diagnosis, treatment or medical advice. The goal it suggests is a general estimate. If you have a health condition, are pregnant, take medication, or your doctor has given you fluid limits, follow their guidance before the app’s.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use Aqua lawfully and not to try to interfere with how it works.
5. Apple services
Features such as Health, iCloud, notifications and Apple Watch depend on Apple services and on your settings. We do not control their availability.
6. Purchases, advertising and changes
We may add, change or remove features. If Aqua offers in-app purchases, subscriptions or advertising in the future, their terms will be shown before any charge and payments will be processed through Apple.
7. Intellectual property
Aqua, Gotita, their design, illustrations and texts are protected. These terms do not transfer any rights in them to you.
8. Warranty and liability
Aqua is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we do not guarantee that it will work without interruption or errors and we are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use. Nothing here limits the rights that the consumer protection laws of your country give you.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of El Salvador, without prejudice to the consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
10. Changes to these terms
We will publish any change on this page with its date. If you keep using Aqua after a change, you are taken to have accepted it.
